馄饨皮包金针菇

材料:

馄饨皮 100g

金针菇 2包

炸鸡粉 少许

盐 少许

 

做法

1. 金针菇去掉根部, 不用洗,(如果要洗, 快速过一下水不要浸泡) 直接放进加入少许盐的炸鸡粉搅拌

2. 用馄饨皮包裹一小束金针菇, 馄饨皮我用少许水收口

3. 下油锅中火炸香就可以了

Wonton skin 100g
Enoki Mushroom 2 package
Friend Chicken powder
Pinch of salt

How to cook

1. Enoki just cut off and discard the roots, no need to wash, (you can wash also just dun too long time) add enoki mushroom into the fried chicken powder that already add the salt and stir well.

2. Use Wonton skin and wrapped a small bundle of enoki mushroom.
